B.C. sex offender sought for alleged parole violation

Anyone who sees James Douglas Campbell is asked to contact police. Police in Abbotsford, B.C., are looking for a violent sex offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant who left his home Friday without permission.

On Campbell's release from jail a few weeks ago, the Abbotsford Police had warned the community that he posed a very real danger to them.. If he posed such a threat why were they not observing him more carefully?

However, their system of checking up on him was obviously flawed.
