As the head of an organization that serves better than 700 communities in 32 states helping them deal with the issue of regulating the siting, construction and modification of towers and wireless facilities, and as a former telecommunications industry executive, I have to say that this is an excellent treatment of the issues. One of the best for non-engineers I've read in a long time.
