I drove by there today. I saw the crowd.
It was an urban crowd. I'm sure the people at the Miranova are tickled to have them.
I won't be going back. I'll stay in my safe suburb, thank you very much.

Why are we closing down two main arterials into and out of downtown when the new promenade is a convenient and beautiful location which does not affect so many commuters?

Don't worry...cops and security people are all over the park...when its free...the urban crowd is there!

It was not paid for by public funds... It was paid for by private and corporate donations. You clearly haven't been to the river front at all... The Scioto Mile is NOT a "25 foot wide strip of flowers"... Have you seen the massive fountain in Bicentennial Park?!
