I remember when GHWB didn't know what a scanner was in the grocery store. Showed how completely out of touch with the "little" people he was. I know there are people who have a lower standards than me. Those are the ones who think Carter was a good president. Or the ones who think Clinton was a honest one. So before you run around calling someone thick you need to take a honest look at thier points. Because the only point I have seen from you is that Bush bad.

He is a real test if your thinking clearly. As yourself what Bush has done right.

Carter is involved with Habitat for Humanity.

No one is totally evil or totally good. If you can not find one good thing or one bad thing that each person has done then you really don't know that much about that person and as such you should hold your judgement until you know more about them.

That happen long before Bush was in any office let alone the office he was in.

Also we were wandering away from what the founding fathers had planned in the Constitution long before now. Espically in such things as the right to own guns. And before you start wandering off in to the whole argument take a look at what the things were like 200 years ago. This country didn't have a large standing army. They had a few professionals and the rest would be called up from the citizens and in many cases the people in that region would provide the weapons if not the individuals themselves.
