SRT watch out for this company. You will have to watch your pay check. A little while back they had problems with spying on the drivers with camera's while they were off duty. Mainly women drivers while they undressed. I have been told they have taken out video cams now. They also have plenty of fines that they can hand out so watch your self.

Bad trucking companies are easy to spot; if the orientation class is crowded don't even waste your time!

D & D Trucking part of D & D Ingredients , Delphos , Oh . STAY AWAY ! Worked less when i was over the road and more home time. In my opinion sub standard pay and benefits. Worked harder for this the company for less pay. Claims pays is avg if .47 to .49 per mile.

Been with Pam for 6 weeks now. Driving team. They promised me an average of 5000k a week. I am lucky to get 2000 as a team. They promised 2 cents more per mile if you have your hazmat. That is ONLY if your team driver also has it and you are actually pulling a hazmat load. They omit that little detail in orientation. If you do not kiss dispatches ass, they will make you sit for hours... even days. Yes, days. When you deal with dispatch, better be good at dealing with a multi-headed hydra. That is what it is like. One head does not know what the other is doing. My co-driver quit after 6 months. He got tired of arguing with dispatch trying to get miles. His 6 month average pay was $606 a week for a 24/7 job. I am solo now waiting for another team match. If I didn't need the experience, I would quit too. My ex-co-driver now works for a company that guarantees him 1000 a week and 41 cents a mile. Guaranteed minimum. Pam guaranteed me minimum 500 a week and 17.5 team or .25 cents solo. That is what I get and I BEG for miles. Solo gets no miles. I heard $200 a week if lucky. I am waiting for a little experience under my belt so I can get the balls to find a better company or go owner op. Got to pay my dues. Man, they sure are costly. Working for 500 gross a week at my age is VERY hard. My take home is $361 after school deductions and taxes. They are killing my savings. Thank you Pam. I only tolerate this because I wish to move to owner op. I am certain there are better companies. With a little experience under my belt. I will begin this adventure all over again and pray for a better outcome. Start with Pam and you are truly at the bottom of the barrel. That is what Pam is like for new drivers. So just be prepared. I am sure the other big names are the same. They are all in the same bed. Do more research, I think you can do better. Just be prepared to pay your dues, they are costly.

USXpress ~ stay away. They lie from recruiting on. You have to FIGHT for hometime, don't ever make plans for your time, you won't make it home in time unless you pitch a major fit. Had to argue with them EVERY month to get home. They change the rules about hometime constantly. Horrible pay. Driver tech never works properly but it's your fault if you get lost, absolutely have to have your own GPS. Dispatchers are clueless and try to schedule you for impossible runs with impossible timeframes to achieve. Have I mentioned the pay sucks?

Stay away from Minimax Express a Transport Company in Cornwall and has hubs in toronto Bellville and ottawa this Company is a hell hole Nightmare that do not stop. First you get as a Driver lots of work deliveriey so you cant take a break, then you get a stinky truck as a Driver with lots of dirt and you cant see the floor of the Truck. The Dispatcher and the dock Suvervisor are two PIGS and the y speak to Drivers as if the Drivers are Prisoners.

Sure Wish I Found a Trailer, or Swift is not all there my friends. Don't work for them unless you are desperate and don't want a life and fair compensation. I've been laid over, (no pay of course), frequently, as well as been evicted by a police escort and lost many belongings.

Just to let anyone thinking about driving for or using this company to ship your goods to steer clear of this guy. He runs the company like he is still in India, under the table and without integrity. You probably won't get paid everything you're owed and if you do how many bounced checks will it take to actually get your money. He will dispute every run and won't pay you until you threaten to turn him into the Government.
Drivers are intimidated in to falsifying their log books so they can make run deadlines without proper rest, they have been cited for falsifying several times. The company refuses to fix safety issues that cause DOT violations at every roadside inspection. This is certainly NOT someplace I would recommend to do Business with.

I am looking for info on factoring. I recently started factoring invoices because I never get paid on my loads on time. I signed up with because they provide discount fuel cards which helps to cover some of the freight factoring costs. Anybody else use a similar service?
