Very sorry for all involved. A minivan overloaded with 10 people is tragic enough, and certainly illegal. I wish people would pull their vehicle off to the shoulder rather than STOP in a travel lane on a major highway. I am so sorry for the loss of life, and also for the truck driver who has to live with this. It's a tragedy all the way around.
