I am the VICITM they should have never have done WRONG.

I am going to shut them down completely. Then when I am done with them I will sell off what used to be their holdings because by then they will be mine.

You're a freakin' whiner rookie.(probably a Crackhead) Move on with your life and forget about Swift, everyone knows they're the worst, you just had to figure it out for yourself. You probably didn't do any research.

You should probably go out any buy your own truck. Become your own boss and make the big bucks! It's easy to do and you can make your own schedule. You wouldn't have to answer to anyone. You just haul the loads and collect your money. Simple right?

Make sure you buy a good truck, something less than 3 years old with a good warranty. Don't worry about chrome or shine, worry about aerodynamics, weight and fuel consumption. Stop by any Freightliner dealer, he should have hundreds of trucks to choose from and easy financing too.

Now you all know what is behind Swifts Driving Academy being raided.

Whatdrives me?
Honesty,Integretity and my Christen beleifs such as the Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

They did on to me and now I am doing on to them.

I had 16 years and 2months in Law Enforcement, 30 years Bounty Hunting and 3 years in the United States Army.

I do not take sxxt from anybody. Certainly not dishonest people like those at Swift.

Notice to Swift Transportation Inc.

If any of you care about keeping what you have then you had better correct the LIES that you and Swift are telling about me on your site or I will without care take everything you have from you all. I am the person who turned in Swift to the USDOT and FMCSA in part for giving CDL's to people who did not deserve one according to Federal and State Law. One of the guys that I personally witnessed getting a CDL was an ex Marine thrown out of the Marines for being a fruit loop who was at the time on Anti- Psychotic Drugs at the Swift school in Millington TN. Another guy was from some African Country (not a US Citizen) and he could not hardly speak or read any English at all and he caused an accident by running another driver off the road on the on ramp to the highway on his practice run for his driving test putting that drivers rig in ditch and shoulder of the ramp. This according to TN. State Law is supposed to be an automatic one-year suspension of his CDL Permit to learn how to drive. Swift driving school employees made sure he passed and got his CDL because he paid CASH for his school and did not get a student loan. Also according to Federal and State Law all holders of a CDL must be able to speak and read English fluently. Both these to guys were assigned to my motel room and assigned to my four-man student-driving group. I wrote a complaint to the company (Swift) about this while I was in my third week of school (class 574 June of 2007) and that is when Swift and its employees chose to deliberately assign me to a truck after I graduated that they new was infested with Wood Ticks without telling me that said truck was infested. This truck and driver that I was assigned to drive with were told about to us all in class one day and come to think about it after I filed said complaint. But they did not say in class that day who the driver was or what the truck number was. The Swift Schools in Millington Tn. and Memphis TN. along with Swifts Terminal and East Coast headquarter Offices in Memphis were RAIDED by Homeland Security, Secret Service, FBI and other various State of TN. Law Enforcement agencies because of information I turned over to them about Swift Transportation Inc. and their ILLEGAL practices and operations. Correct the LIES told by Swift Transportation Inc. on your site immediately or suffer the consequences.

You given him the money to buy one.
How about given him the job to go with it.
From what I hear Swift is trying to black ball him. And we all know thats illegal and none of us like it happenen to anybody.

get a grip its not just swift, and complainers are every where. Do you want somethinng for nothing like every one else in this flippin world or do you want to work for what you get. Some how i dont think the latter is what you want. Ive been with swift for 8 years and have not had a problem. The biggest problem swift has is with drivers that dont want to learn, think that this is an easy, any one can do it job. And because every one deserves a chance idiots like you are given that chance. I wish Swift would stop hiring you morons and get on with the biz of hauling frieght, I get real sick and tired of covering your backsides, for the mistakes you make. Reporwering a load, that you oops cant deliver on time. Simply because you can not add and subtract, playing nice with custemors who are tired of drivers like you that will not make on time delivery. And idiots that tend to run over things, go work at wendy's thats your speed any way.
oh and by the way, reading and writing english is a requirement and take a look around you butt wipe, and then you will see that many companies hire illierate drivers, and forigne nationals to handle thier trucks. ITS NOT JUST SWIFT. Im sorry you could not cut it, but you have no one to blame but your sorry little self. Im glad you are gone and not with this company anymore, I hope you dont buy a truck. At this point you dont need to be on the road risking my life and others, not to mention yours. Stay home take up a hobby, try knitting or model building, creative writing...etc
ANY THING BUT DRIVING A TRUCK DO US ALL A FAVOR AND WORK AT TARGET, HAVE A GREAT DAY.

And one short other thing, The trucks do idle, opt idle is what most of the trucks run off of, many companies use this devise to cut idleing time. Also if you cant figure out how to work it ask. Its that simple. And one last thing, My bennifits are some of the best this industry has to offer, to bad you had to give that up to. I looked around and they do not compair with any other company. What a group of morons.

I have to agree with the SWIFT driver for years. I have been with SWIFT for going on 2 years. Before i started driving i was on active duty in the US Army for 10 years, serving as an Airborne Ranger. From what i have seen on this thread, and the other SWIFT driver it seems to be just like everything else. Little whiners who cant hack it trying to justify reasons on why they quit, or why they dont have work with SWIFT.(No Loads). If they could see, we are in a economic meltdown and obviously having a trucking job, you will have your slow times because slowing economy equals slower freight?! It doesnt take a genius to figure that one out. Another thing about SWIFT is that if you just do your job and get loads done on time they will do what they can to get you the loads. I see dumb messages on my qualcom everyday about things SWIFT is asking drivers to do!! Turning in logs! Submitting there driver status (Macro 10)! Accidents (Backing into things, running over things, rolling there freaking trucks~!!) Put it this way.... After 4 months of long hauling with SWIFT, i was going to move on and find a better paying job and i talked to the terminal manager myself at the Memphis terminal and he looked up my information on the computer and saw that i was a hard worker and that i DID MY JOB!!!, and they said they would do what they could for me and to just hang in there. I took his advice and because i have never been a quitter, 2 months later i got a load assignment on my qualcom for a Dollar Tree load and was assigned to a dedicated account. They told me when i got there that it was very hard work and that so many drivers quit and it is hard for them to find good drivers, and i have been with them ever since. So the experience that i have with SWIFT is far different than all of yours with the exception of SWIFT DRIVER FOR YEARS, and i am with him in saying that anyone looking to drive for SWIFT just ride it out and good things will come. Is there any job where you dont have to start at the bottom and work your way up??? DIDNT think so! You have to work your way up and prove yourself just like anything else in life! If you cant do that then do what the swift driver for years told you all to do. Work at Target for a week...quit! and then work and mc donalds the following week. Because you guys are the types of people who cant hack hard work or even hold a damn job. It is sad that american workers are such whiners and want everything handed to them for free. Well let me tell you, with SWIFT its not free, but if you all want to work for your pay then come on aboard. These whiners just make me sick i am so tired of hearing about it, and i hope SWIFT does fire all of you idiots and then the company will have alot more freight for people who will get there loads done on time and not run there trucks off a cliff!!!!

Eh, I am not on the Highway anymore but as I recall the Swift drivers that I dealt with along the way were top notch folks who really gave a damn. I specificly recall one event when I was broken down and this little lady from Swift stop to help me out after hours on the road side.

These are hard times, stay the course and with people like the # 1self centered idiot who thinks he now owns them for doing him wrong. Well consider the dammage you would inflict on the thousands of properly certified drivers losing their jobs because of you .. dum ass.

I have been with Swift for 7 years now. I stared out OTR and worked hard. I now am on a shuttle run. I have one of easist jobs in the company and am will aware of it. Swift is one of the few companies that give new drivers a chance. Because of that we get more inexperenced and unqualifed drivers than most companies. However if you are willing to work hard and learn what to do the right way then you can have a rewarding career heare at Swift or any other company. I also get tired of defending the company and the great people who work hard for them.

Hello everyone! I am proud to say that my husband drives for SWIFT. They are a great company and I can't even tell you how many times I hear about winning drivers. It is sad. If you are just going to cry about everything why did you even think about getting a CDL??? That is the most stupidest thing. And to the questions I truly believe that SWIFT is a GREAT company. I mean come on guys or whoever yall are I dont even have a CDL and I belive I could do everything better than you guys that are just winning. That is sad....SWIFT is GREAT and so are my husbands Driver Managers.

I read an article today that has swift as a "bottom rung" company that is at greatest risk for defaulting in 2009 with a negative credit rating. It was stated in the wall st. journal. Can't be too much of a great company if they are not handling their finances properly.
