Hey GW, how do you like the State of Nebraska asking for your last seven years of tax returns. The only way they can do that is if the can prove to the court that there is a good chance that fraud was committed. Even running an escort service in GA will not let you hide from that.

Well from what I hear, the State of Nebraska is asking for previous tax returns. The only way they can audit the last seven years is if they can prove that there is good reason to believe that fraud has been committed. Otherwise, they are only allowed to look at the previous three years. Not sure exactly if this is true, but do know that they are looking into the previous seven years of returns. My guess and hope is that they will finally get around to nailing him. Hey GW, did you claim any personal use of company vehicles on your personal returns? Might be a good place for them to look next.

Have you looked at there application. They want your Net worth and If you own your own home. Lets see I wonder what Garys net worth is and We know he doesnt own a home. They also want yearly income and occupation. Gary would never get past the application.
