Thanks and your welcome! I have been doing some research of public records and have discovered the following: 1) Joseph John Volpe case#0694871 passing worthless check(s) 5/27/1995 Hamilton Co.,Tn. 2) Joseph John Volpe case#0755977 resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest or search 5/17/1997 Chattanooga,Tn. 3) Joseph John Volpe case#1402708 aggravated assault 6/30/2010 Hamilton Co.,Tn. 4) Joseph John Volpe case#1402709 reckless endangerment 6/30/2010 Hamilton Co.,Tn. 5) Joseph John Volpe was charged with attempted murder by a grand jury on 12/10/2010. Also in further research, The Georgia Secretary of State does not have a listing for Third Eye Highway Safety, or have Volpe listed as an officer in that company. Is this company even legal or file taxes on the sale of its services? Thanks for your 24 years of safe driving and the information on safety statistics that you posted. Very informative. Keep America Moving!

evin lockridge is nothing but a brainwashed mamma's boy who has a radio voice, the only thing keeping him a job. he knows nothing about trucking or highway saftey. ive heard some of his programs, he sorta reminds me of OOIDA, preaching a bunch of hogwash just to keep listeners and ratings. he has no reliable sources of his facts and figures on trucking saftey. he spouts out figures and facts, again like most of you, you have no pictures to prove it. watchmytrucks u tube channel has proven the opposite of what evin lockridge's facts and figures on fatality accidents caused by truckers. he's just a mamma's boy from alabama, he has that little sissy voice. he knows nothing except sitting in his 2 car garage and talking on a microphone. i think his wife is the one who actually earns him a living. also another website called truckaccident360 is more evidence of unsafe truckers causing fatality accidents. it is supported mostly by truck accident lawyers, cases that have been settled, cause of the accidents were unsafe truckers. there are several photos of truck accidents (accidents that should not have happened). on the truckaccident360 website, a trucker was speeding around a curv with a load of coal, rolled over and crush a woman in a car. the accident is still under investigation, the trucker should be charged with wreckless driving (disqualifying offense) and vehicular manslaughter. we have pictures to prove our agenda. Evin lockridge, OOIDA ,bubba bo, steve sommers, bozo, they have nothing to back up their facts and figures(they claim truckers are safe). so long as you keep sending in your 15 dollars or so a month into XM radio, they are going to continue to preach a bunch of brainwash.

Thanks I do what I can. And thank you for doing some fantastic research. I am all for safety and yes I know there are bad drivers out here but I always wonder what is going on when someone turns safety into a vendetta, which after watching and listening to his commentaries it turned out to be. Thanks and keep up the wonderfull job whoami.

this is so funny, there are pictures to prove our point, except you and your trucker friends are still in denyial. so you telling me that the trucks on the vedio were not speeding, or tailgating? also one of your buddies stated that the guy filming the vedio was blocking the left lane? hey your still in denyial, that left lane he was traveling in was a restricted lane for big trucks. you guys that are responding in denyial of what you have seen on camera need to be drug tested if your out there on our roads, in such denyial of what you actually see. your believing your own lies.

So now the personal attacks begin huh? Please if you are not going to use the facts as stated by the fmcsa and the nhtsa then what facts are you going to use , those posted by some vindictave and disgruntled wanna be safety expert? And what are his qualifications and training? Sir no one is arguing that there are not unsafe drivers on the road, but what we are saying is that as a whole truckers are not the major cause of deaths on the highway and the fmcsa backs up that statement with actual figures not just some angry guy with a camera. Good luck with your vendetta. PS I am drug tested annually and also randomly like all the other truckers out here, how about the car drivers on the roads with us?

the car drivers are not regulated by the federal government (FMCSA), the truckers are. we do not have to be tested because we are not driving a 70ft 80,000 pound vehicle down the highway. the guy from the watchmytruck's u tube channel does not appear angry to me, unless he's making you and your trucker friends angry for recording the truth. well there is an old saying "sometimes the truth really hurts".

we have just recently noticed another thing that will help us reach our agenda (which is improving highway saftey by getting unsafe truckers and trucking companies off the highway), not only CSA2010, liability insurance companies, also higher fuel prices (climbing on up there again )will shut down a lot of them (unsafe truckers and companies).

He SHOT at a trucker !!! I think anyone with some common sense would call that angry. The fmcsa said that 88% of all wrecks were caused by driver error, that's both car and truck they make no distinction. So if say half the wrecks were a car drivers fault ( wich statistically would be a low figure) you could save over 1500 lives annually. See safety only works when everyone helps out. And higher fuel prices will help safety ? Hmm sounds like a line straight from the railroad folks.

he who shot at a trucker? im lost on that one. the guy from watchmytruck's vedio website? why would any reason the guy would shoot at a trucker? are you sure the trucker did not shoot at him, or somebody else and the story got mixed up while traveling through the mayberry hotline? where are you getting that information? i would like to know myself. who ever shot at that trucker should be prosecuted, but i dont think your certian my website hero was the one who did it. he would have no reason. this guy owns a website which has members joining up that contribute money for the cause and promotion of highway saftey.

Joe Volpe owner of third eye safety website and watch my truck youtube video posts shot at a trucker in Chattanooga TN 6/30/2010 and has been charged with attempeted murder by a grand jury on 12/10/2010. If you will merely read the post at the top of this page by whoami you will learnmore about your safety "hero". Maybe his website was more about the 99 dollar sign up fee than about safety, just throwing that out there.

And here's a nice little article from a study AAA did in 2002 hope you like this.
Car drivers are at fault more often and substantially more likely to die in accidents with big-rig trucks, according to a study released today by the Automobile Association of America.

In 2000, 5,211 people were killed and about 140,000 injured in crashes involving large trucks, according to AAA's Foundation for Traffic Safety, which analyzed 10,000 fatal car-truck accidents.

In those crashes, 98 percent of fatalities occurred in the car. Car drivers were to blame in 75 percent of the accidents, while truckers were deemed responsible in the rest.

"Car drivers are unfortunately driving around trucks the same way they are driving around cars, which can lead to catastrophic circumstances," said Peter Kissinger, president and CEO of the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety.

The AAA blamed the majority of the crashes on five driving actions the group deems unsafe:

Failure to stay in your lane. Not yielding the right of way. Speeding. Violating signs and signals. Driver inattention.

Those five actions accounted for about 65 percent of unsafe driving actions, the study found.

Car Drivers Said to Lack Awareness

Again I am not defending the bad trucker's out here we see them all the time, but they are alot safer than these so called "safety experts" would like you to believe.

your still in denial of the truth, i just witness a fedex ground truck tailgating a car just befor the traffic light turned red, ok now who's fault would that have been if fedex ground would have rear ended the car? there is no sense in a big truck following that close to a car. things like that is what i see everyday. and so does the general public. if fedex ground would have rear ended that car, im sure fed ex would have pulled the contract, and the tractor would be sitting on a bank parking lot for sale in the near future (an EX owner operator). under CSA2010 rule, tailgating is considered wreckless driving which is also a disqualifying offense. exactly what the fedex ground driver was doing. i wish there would have been a DOT officer around at that time. the officer would have issued the driver a disqualifying offense citation (one more unsafe trucker off the highway).

So no response to the AAA study? Just a simple story about one incident that you saw, which by the way did not lead to an accident, and you say I am in denial? Sir your anger and bias is really starting to show.

for what reason am i a douchebag? for advocating highway saftey? for picking up my cell phone and calling the highway patrol and the trucking company everytime i see a speeding trucker? or a tailgating trucker? im just doing my duty as an american citizen. i do not like unsafe truckers. you can consider me part of a watch dog group instead of a douchebag. if i see you traveling through my town speeding or tailgating in a big truck, im calling the highway patrol. you never know who's watching you mr trucker. watchmytruck's u tube channel website has revealed the truth about truckers and the truth is making them angry.

no sir, your accusing me of something. and where are you getting information that this guy was shooting at a trucker? i still have not been able to find a reliable source of what your are spouting out about the guy on watchmytruck's u tube. who ever shot at a trucker should be in jail right now, waiting on the public defender to present a case to the judge (low life individual) my objective is highway saftey for all of us.
