Brittney

New York, NY

#1 Feb 9, 2012
Hi, my name's Brittney. I'm from Niagara Falls, NY and am thinking about traveling to France. I haven't been doing much research lately, but have had the opportunity to browse the net from time to time. While looking online in my spare time, a site popped up for a company called New York Habitat. New York Habitat is a licensed brokerage firm that works with exempt properties from the Multiple Dwelling Law. Its this new law that my friends have been chatting me up about; the Multiple Dwelling Law prohibits the rental of NYC apartments for less than 30 days. I am not too sure about all of the laws, but I do know that once I click the google button on google's search engine, the information pops right up. That's all the more reasoning for myself becoming wary of having something go wrong on my trip. It freaks me out and I feel like to bloody hell with it at times. Now, this is why I would like to ask you some general questions. Have you folks heard of New York Habitat ( http://www.nyhabitat.com ) and can the company be trusted? I mean, anybody can advertise anything over the web, but before I start to go into something, and I want to make sure I have all of the right wires crossed, ensuring that this is legal party we're working with. I really want to work with them. Thanks, any advice would be appreciated, as Id really love to travel to France; the sooner, the better.
