Now that the flight attendant can marry his sugar daddy, he's off to California.
On another airline of course and after he serves his 10 1/2 days in jail for the 2 felonies.

huh huh........totally worth it.

Unless more airline personnel take a stand and show they will not put up with greed ridden and driven abusive parent company, holding company, and private equity firm management along with abusive passengers, NOTHING will change.

Good for this F/A.

YOU would think stupid NEW YORKERS would be the first to put an end to rude passengers abusing F/A's especially after 9/11.

Guess the idiot passengers in New York never change.

Obviously, this guy with 18 or even way more years in the industry as a F/A

was fed up with the starvation wages of a F/A starting over with less than 2-8 year wages at JetBlue.

Good for him. I am glad he went out in a way that makes a point how Flight Attendants and airline personnel are repeatedly getting screwed by this maniacal airline industry - using up ones youth and spitting them out in mergers, big biz acquisition schemes, and big business liquidations of airline minus there employees for that airlines assets.

From those at Pan Am, TWA, Braniff, Aloha, ATA, Midwest, Eastern, Overseas National Airlines, Varig, and the list goes on and

on our behalf we would like to Thank You for not inconveniencing your passengers on their outbound leg to New York by doing this at the beginning of the flight and additionally speaking to New Yorkers in a native language only they can understand.

However on behalf of many of us too, we do wish you would have used a kinder more gently language before exiting the aircraft, but once again you were in New York so perhaps you had no choice but to communicate effectively, with the COW BIOTCH passenger that SWORE at you.

Good luck to this Flight Attendant in your endeavors and hopefully you will now have quality time, nights weekends, holidays, and celebrations, with your loved ones and loved one, which you have obviously sacrificed during the course of your career in the industry.

Going from a year 18 or more salary to a year 1 salary as you had to do at JetBlue, must have been stressful, and very economically challenging over the years.

Sincerely,

The airline staff.

I want a picture of the "biotch" he was ticked at.

I bet she looks totally like a "biotch" too. This biotch inconvienced her 100 other fellow passengers. What gives her the right with her rudeness?

This economy is stressing everyone out to the point of this kind out conduct. You see it everywhere....on the road & now in the air.
People need to be more polite. There are now millions of us & we need to be able to just chill a little.

Mam I see you are chocking,

excuse the forwardness but I must now give you the Heimlich maneuver.

Oh pardon my mistake "biotch, " I thought you were choking.

The Falwty Towers Wait Staff know there are ways to handle "biotches," so maybe F/A's should just take a few lessons from them.

Intresting that on the travel section of USA Today they have a story that 10 per cent of the cabin crews of Jet Blue are retired NYPD or FDNY. It appears public service workers there can retire at age 50 with 25 years of service. Most of them work as part time employees.

talk about going out in style....
the problem is, he knew the wages were low when he hired on, he knew what people were like. he made the wrong decision to take a low paid job dealing with idiots all day. i know several F/A's with various airlines, they all quote that the low wages suck, but the perks of getting to fly all over is why they do it. Some talk about seeing the world in 5 years, some just want to see all the states in 2 years, rarely do they see it as a career because the pay is low and there is no advancement.
Just something to think about before you take a low paying job. He screwed himself.

We need to go back tot he good old days when they were called "Stewardesses" and they were exclusively female and fine.

Everytime they hire another gay male flight attendant, Osama wins a convert to the Muslim side.

what happened to all the fine f/a's? now its just grumpy old women and gays with attitude. i miss those nice hats and uniforms that fit oh so perfect around the most curvaceous young 20 year olds with the pearly white smiles, WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT?!?!??! they should be hiring 8's or better. 7 or less and they can go to southwest.

Now that's what I call a royal hissy fit!! Good for him. If you're going to get fired for telling off a customer, you might as well go out with a big bang!! I'm still chuckling about him "using the public address system to berate the passenger" and activating and sliding down that gigantic inflatible slide. That is too funny!

So the F/A is a known knob polisher; he probably hit on a male passenger and got turned down -- and threw his hissy fit.

Using the emergency exit was pretty cool, though.

After Slater cusses out on the passenger using the PA he grabs a beer, then opens the emergency exit. He was thinking its MILLER TIME.
