This is indeed a "copyright thing" which demonstrates that if you don't have enough money at stake to justify an equally large amount in counsel fees and trial expenses, you're out of luck and will be beaten senseless then robbed.

Huh, China steals (borrows) specs for every thing under the sun (oh, under the sun-that's Japan), then manufactures it, ships it to the USA, and we cannot wait to buy it. Think of all the hours of research and development went into many sophisticated products. Is there any wonder, other than cheap, cheap labor, they can manufacture products cheaper than the U.S. of A.?
