72 Year Old Man Caught With 152 Pounds of Marijuana

Put him under the jail just as you would anyone else caught with intent to distribute...the fact he is elderly and blind in one eye is no excuse...he stated he didn't know the contents in his car but knew it was illegal whatever it was...he should be cited for being stupid also...could have been 10 bodies cut up and packaged in there...

Don't go soft on him, he got paid for what he was doing just like a 20yr old...deterrents have to start some where...ATTN SENIOR CITIZENS...

Everything really has to be looked at.

I myself and against drugs completely but maybe he had good reason to sell it.

Maybe his social security and medicaid didn't cover his medical and living expenses.

Maybe he used the drugs to help with his health. It is proven and prescribed in some states.

If he is just some run of the mill drug dealer and did it for profit rather than to survive he should suffer.

As I said, I hate drugs and am against them but living in this country I can understand why some people can resort to those means.
