Great man! Cope Wintergreen is a good flavor, but I really enjoy Skoal Citrus as well although to people who first try it may say it tastes horrid, if you keep using it around 2-3 cans you will get used to it and enjoy it. Another tip for you Big Bear, if you take the dip and pull down your front lip.. Don't it looks horrible; Try opening your mouth, put your index finger and thumb inside to the right or left and plug it down next to your back teeth, and cheek then push it to the front or just to the right/left side of where your mouth opens. You will get a lot more flavor this way, and it seems to stay packed better too!

steve-o wrote: i got a ? does pouches give the same effect ans long cut Pouches don't give you the same buzz as longcut does but pouches are easier and more convenient if you don't want to spit. You just put it in your upper lip as far up as you can and wrap your lip around it and as long as you keep it there you shouldn't get any strong juices that you have to spit. However longcut gives you a better buzz and personally that's what I'm after so I would suggest going with something like grizzly or Copenhagen wintergreen because it tastes good as well.

These bandits are good for beginers looking for something good to dip. If you want your nic fix go get a fresh can of long cut copenhagen and put in a decent size and then keep that in for a while. amen to that copenhagen straight is the best

I tried Skoal Readycut when i was hauling a couple RVs through Indiana and DAMN does that shit burn! Good God i thought my gum was gunna look scorched afterward. It seemed to not stay packed too well, either. I had a lot more "swimmers" than with good ol' long cut, as well, i ended up having to throw in another cube to make up for the lost tobacco from the first cube. i eventually just crushed up the remaining cubes into REALLY sticky long cut, like I'd seen someone on YouTube who was doing a review do, and finished the can that way. I guess it's a good idea for those who don't want to deal with a mess but I'll stick with my long cut.

I would put some grizz or cope in. I may only be in high school but I started in 5th grade on this shit and won't ever quit it. I guess it could just be that up here in North Dakota we can handle it

I started chewing at 15 and now I'm 25..I don't even tap the can tell it gets low. I'm not into those finger tricks like I once was when i was younger. Step one open the can. Step two pinch and squeeze a big ol pinch and you don't gotta be pretty just throw it in one handed under your lip then press it in with your tongue. I would recommend to spit. I swallowed for like 3 years after a while you start puking real easy. Under is my rant nothin in relation to the topic.
Its starting to get old. Wew tried patches, tried gum, tried cold turkey. That Grizz Green has me stuck between a rock and a hard place. Started using the Camel Snus crap i am definitely having withdrawals. Which is a good thing. If I can get used to the low ass Tabacco levels shouldn't be so hard this next go around to quit. I miss after I quit cold turkey I could wake up in the morning feeling like a million bucks ready to role. Now I have a head ache and a raging nic fit until I can find something. Every time I go into a store I almost feel sad like I abandoned my old buddy Grizz.

My first dip was grizzly wintergreen. It was to strong to start out on. I now dip Copenhagen southern blend. Its good. Its juicy and sweet. Just make sure you don't do a lot of it on a empty stomach. You'll get light headed! Lol

What's the difference, user-wise, between my can of dip and some loose leaf? I'm thinking i want to give it a shot sometime. Throw some in my lip and go or do i do something different?

If you're looking for a nic fix, grizzly green is the meanest, hardest and best chew money can buy. My first chew was Copenhagen straight long cut. It didn't effect me really. I chewed maybe two cans (I immediately fell in love with chew) over a couple days and my buddy offered me some "grizz green." I was curious and wanted to branch out so I took a small dip. Within five minutes I had a huge head rush, and after ten I had to take it out or I would have puked. Been chewin it ever since ;)

Ok, I see no one's really giving much "how to dip" advice, so here goes...
Packing is almost essential, if you're new just tap the edge of the can against something.(I recommend a womans forehead as you tell her to cook something.)
Fine cut/snuff: Pinch with thumb, index (pointer), and middle fingers. Use the side of the can as you squeeze a big wad into a tight dip. Put it in you're lip.(easiest in front bottom, or corner)
Long cut: Same as above, just use thumb and index finger, as long cut isn't as finely cut, obviously.
Now, as far as time, swallowing, etc., these are up to you. I've been hooked to skoal original wintergreen fine cut for 15+ yrs and I can pretty much eat it. Drinking, sleeping, not a problem. If you like it, you'll learn along the way.
Hope this helps.
