Fact: smokers pay more taxes than non-smokers, yet the issue was on the ballot and people voted. Please all smokers, what would happen if thestates did not have this money?

It was placed upon the ballot by one person the Ohio Secretary of State that was not doing her job! Just bacause something is voted upon by any group does not make right or legal. As I had previously posted the OTPF took a vote to try and steal $190,000,000.00 from Ohio's unemployed and it did not succeed, only in part because the unemployed never saw it, it was sent to the Medical
Industry that all ready gets to much if our tax dollars!
FUTHERMORE: The excuse if the government to avoid this issue as the people voted us a sorry donkey excuse when they have went against the vote of the public before.
They changed the drinking age in Ohio against the vote if the people.
Recently they bent over backwords to change the location of the Casino in Columbus against the vote of the people.
For our legislature to avoid this issue forcing. Private non profit clubs such as the VFW, American Legion to close is a travesty of cowardice in their part. Privatly owned businesses have also went under due to this ban causing hardship of owners and employees. What has never been addressed is the private citizens that would gather and socialize while enjoying each others company. Now they stay at home like leppers cut off from friends and social interaction that contributes to their self worth.
BOO Hoo Hoo.......

Instead of getting all bent out of shape, I just stay home now. With the money I save staying away from bars or restaurants, I can smoke even more. I've only been smoking about 60 years now and I realize it's going to get me someday ... ASK ME IF I GIVE A DAMN!!! LOL

I happen to know a few married people who sleep with other married people ... but they don't smoke! Does that make them pure and me the criminal?

Get over yourselves folks. Live your life and do your thing and leave the smokers alone! They could be doing many many worse things. They could be sleeping with your better half.
