According to research studies conducted by the premier anti-fraud organzation in the world (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners), one cause of workers not taking vacation as well as work place stress is the increase of occupational fraud & abuse.

it is quite important that every company take in consideration the feelings and experiences of its employees. They shouldn't not be feeling any stress that could affect their health or even their love for their work. Always remember, the more happy your employees are, the better they work and that will be very beneficial to every company.
