Not sure what delusion you live in, but where I live, any emancipated teen can marry, have sex etc.The reason they CAN do what they want is because as an EMANCIPATED teen, they are FULLY responsible for ALL their own actions just like ANY adult of full majority age.Anything an adult can do, they can also legally do since as far as the law is concerned, they ARE AN adult.I was working full time and paying all my own living expenses at 14.Was paying income taxes by then as well.And if a teen IS married, as long as their spouse is over 21, they can smoke drink etc all those things you normally must be 21 to do.Same goes for a 17 or 18 year old SOLDIER.They can go buy a drink in any bar even though they AREN'T really old enough.Reasoning being, if they are old enough to go fight and DIE for their elders they can damn well drink etc like their elders.

Just to clarify, ANYTHING an adult of 18yrs of age can do, an emancipated TEEN can do also.An adult of 18 can't drink and neither can an emancipated teen who isn't 21.(Unless their SPOUSE or legal gaurdian is with them and is 21 or over)

I don't think they should be prosecuted for child porn. Maybe obscenity or something like that. The age of sexual consent here in KY is 16 though. This would not even be brought to court here.
