first off, this so called "lady" mrs. drew, should have been more careful in being online and talking to this child of a mere 13 years old. this poor young child. i know that when i was younger, i wasn't popular, i wasn't liked. either online, nor in person. i was far too outspoken for anyone's likes. so therefore the only ones i ever did talk to, were people just like me. low self esteem, low tolerance for stupidity, and the victim always of bullying. so in a sense, i can understand why ms. little megan did what she did. honestly, for that, it's honorable. it sounds crazy and completely morally wrong, but it's true. this 13 year old CHILD gave up her life. how many of you could say you could do that? honestly? i know i couldn't. and it goes through our minds at least once in our lives. whether it's over something completely stupid, or something far more serious, it goes through at lease once. megan's not in a better place now, for lack of how she died. but she thought she was making the better decision. at 13 years old, i'd say she needed her parents to be more active in her "research projects" and "essay" she needed to write for school. i've been in her shoes, knowing she's not going to be able to talk to that super cute boy online if she tells her parents that's what she's doing, so she decides to lie. been there, done that. all who are under the age of 30 and have had the internet for quite some time, i'm sure have. but the only different between she and i is i knew who was bad, and i knew to stay away. i mean, that is after i talked to them once. you can't keep everyone away. there's always a way to contact you. but you can tell your parents and/or legal guardian if someone says something mean or hateful to you, whether online or not. police don't take this sort of thing lightly, when it comes to hateful things online. after all the things that have happened from online predators, etc. cops don't take it lightly anymore. they've learned their lesson. so for anyone, namely stanley, and the others who want to blame megan for her own death, just realize she was a CHILD at 13 years of age. she wasn't unstable, she was freaking sensitive. anyone ever think that she's 13, just starting puberty, just realizing boys are out there? she's a young GIRL for crying out loud. poor baby. i'll pray for megan's parents, family, and friends. God bless them.
