Kodak postpones bankruptcy auction on patents

An auction hearing had been scheduled in August for Eastman Kodak Co. to sell more than 1,000 patents as it tries to emerge from bankruptcy protection.

Let's see now... Kodak is going to keep digital imaging patents even though they are out of the digital imaging business? Another Kodak Moment. It shows you how out of touch Tony Perez and his boys are. This is starting to remind me of the old TV program F-Troop.

Maybe the woman they just brought in will have some sense. But at this point, maybe the thing that makes the most sense is to close the doors.

The longer Kodak screws around the more the patents will be become worthless. Technology and the photo world is now moving on without Kodak. They are being left in the dust. That also goes for printing products as well.
