Full story: The Press-Enterprise

I say good riddence. They weren't all that great and diffinetly not as friendly as the news paper says. Sounds like the reporter is/was getting free meals there. The food was not all that good either.
The news paper states that the business dropped from 7000 customers a week to only 3000 per week.
I would guess each customer spent an average of $10.00 per visit and that comes to be about $120,000 per month. They must have a very expensive over head or somebody has been dipping into the cookie jar. Sounds fishy to me.
If you notice, business is booming on the West end of Florida. Even the people who live on the East side shop at the West end.
I eat out often and Millies is/was not a favorite
spot of mine because of the location, the rude waitresses and the lack of choices offered.

I heard that another one of them cheap ass stores that are owned by one of them people from India that sell toxic crap from china will be at that location. They always make the neighborhood look classy. Pretty soon Hemet will be over run by those kinds of stores. You need a gas mask just to walk past the entrance to one of them toxic plastic crap holes.

You can thank Hemet politicians for running Hemet into the ground. First Acapulco closes its door, then Denny's now Millie's. Can Coco's and Marie Callender be far behind? Not to worry. I've been doing 99% of my business well outside of this craphole and will get the F out at the first opportunity. feel sorry for the honest citizens who built this town who are too old or feeble to get out. These wonderful citizens, many veterans of foreign wars were betrayed by the dodo birds who ran this formerly world class city into the toilet

Well, arenít you a smart one. You stated that youíve been doing 99% of your business outside of Hemet and then tell us not worry. Like youíre doing everybody a favor. Then you wonder why Hemet isnít doing well.
Maybe if you help support local business here in Hemet, then maybe you would see a lot of improvements.
But with your poor attitude, Hemet will be better off without you.
Your 99% of spending is probably spent on drugs and getting high.
Please hurry and leave.

Just take a look at the weekly Valley Chronicle Crime Reports and maps showing the dozens of crimes committed in the central district of Hemet. Then tell me I am an idiot taking "my business" out of town where I know I won't be shot. PS., if it was legal to "carry" like it is in Montana, then hell yes, I'd shop in Hemet 24-7. But if it was legal to "carrY" A concealed weapon for protection, you wouldn't really need it because lowlifes have just enough brains to know you MIGHT JUST be carrying, and what's worse for them, know how to use it.

Hey are you still here in our town? Aren't you the same a-hole who was getting the F out of Hemet about a year ago!! What happened? I remember you bragging and saying how you were on your way out!! P.s don't feel so safe in other cities, crime is everywhere and a gun won't protect you. They will just take your gun and use it on you. And if they know you have a gun they will break into your house to take it!! CRIMINALS love people with guns.

Hey Martin, where would you suggest in Hemet that someone spends their money? Tell everyone how many department stores are at the great Hemet Mall! in fact, tell us all the total number of stores are in the mall. Tell us again how we can support our local busnesses. If you want to shop at a 99 cent store then Hemet is the place.

Yeah, Hemet's so nice to spend a nice weekend day walking around shopping at all the nice stores. Seeing the nice poeple all walking shopping getting excersice. I just love spending my $$$ in these incomplete run down check cashing headshop taco selling 99Cent store strip malls.

You can suck it if you think this town is going to get anymore of my money. For what? They've spent enough of my $$$ on shit. They've made choices that have brought this town down. No matter how much I've spent here in the last 30 years.
No more.
Word of advice: If your a small buisness, get out now before you either get robbed, get fucked by the city or go bankrupt.
That's the bottom line.
