about time. It's good to see the phone hemmorhoids getting their due. A few hundred more fines levied and maybe they'll give up this invasive practice. If they would also ban the political, charitable and survey calls it would be wonderful.

Any time a political or charity bothers me I tell them to hold on, so I can get the person they asked for then I go and do whatever I was doing. Usually they hang up after 10 seconds, though one time the guy stayed on so I told him to wait another minute and he did. Wife thought I was being mean.
