Jail for this criminal, he is and always will be one to break laws, now he should be in jail. What a country, rich criminals get special treatment. What about all those who lost everything, what are they getting. The Judge must get real, punish this criminal.

This Brooks character is going to bolt the first chance he gets. It's interesting that his wife terry - who is up to her collusive eyeballs in his "business affairs" does not figure into the bail equation. She ran TAP, a sub of DHB that made $9 million on revenues of $29 million. That's one hell of a profit margin. Why is she being ignored?

I LOST $40,000 FROM A JIM GILLINGHAM IN CANADA , HE HAS BEEN INDICTED FOR TAKING 1 MILLION FROM MYSELF AND OTHERS, CLASS A FELONY BY A SUFFOLK GRAND JURY. THIS WAS 4 YEARS AGO....WE KNOW WHERE HE IS, BUT THE AMERICAN/CANADIAN GOVTS CANNOT AGREE ON AN EXTRADICTION ISSUE FOR THIS PERSON. EXTRADITION IS NOT SO EASY EVEN WITH A FAVORED NATION...KEEP THE BUM IN A CELL

Judge Seybert should not allow bail for this Crook,he'll be on the first plane for Israel-then we'll have a hell of a time trying to get him back-remember 'Crazy Eddie'?This guy is a Crook of the highest order and should stay in jail until his trial-and then throw the 'Book' at him.
