was watching the news, but not employed at Yahoo! nor I ever was at Yahoo!. I did purchase one stock share. 1. The news said a re-structuring of Yahoo! leading to so many 'employee terminations, really should be called lay-off so they can find jobs. 2. The company called for a new set of Directors as on the news in the San Francisco Bay Area. 3. There was a claim to buy Yahoo! from Microsoft? 4. There was a claim there was a shareholder vote? I did not recieve the mail for the shareholder vote. 5. There is a move to replace the Board of Yahoo? At this point where I sent my resume in, not only to Yahoo! but other places (and the temp agency clerk said 'its separate'). Other time when ''rules'' made by shareholder stock exchange companies were not given up front to the buyer. Other cases where, a movie star said out loud on the news 'your nobody'.- I recommend replacement of ALL. Even cases where employee terminations due to reports of call center work timed 8am to 9am....

I was upgrading a pc one time at Cisco, SJ. Took 2 weeks for the entire department of office temps in finance.
So, apparently the manager with MBA/BA with no health problems was forced to return to work but leaves again at 2pm for a pedicure. Making fun of persons without the BA/BS or MBA..
Talking more than $30K a year? While the receptionist all 3 of them are worried about thier own jobs doing the 8 hours. wow. If a person makes $200K with wife and parents to afford a 2door convertable or larger SUV and one sole special driver...FIRE AWAY!

At a computer retail chain, the VP was in at 3pm gone by 5pm. The company president was 8am to 11am, the office manager was 8am to 1pm. The other manager was incharge of computers and 'suddenly' finance, where was the person 8am to 5pm?
Of course they have a '2nd job' or looking for new house for 3 years. Of course they have a AA/AS/BA/BS, and a friend lawyer thats really a BA manager that changed majors from a BS/EE.
Who works 8am to 11pm doing tape backup, and the warehouse also?
Fire Away! The manager claimed to be a part-owner of the retail chain. Even intercepted employee's personal compuserve accounts.

At a sound board maker in Miliptas.
The manager never gave employee numbers or paper cards, for the time attendance machines.
The manager gave super admin accounts to all the tech.support not tracking who got training.
Of course a AA/EE and a AA/Accounting or BA/HR in the same cubicle office, only shoulder room.

Oh look, one made contact and a prior company offered women.

Fire Away.
If a MIS business manager with 'seasoned' experience. Talked to a school, asking its 'cool' for the person to dropout for 2weeks in college. In fact school teacher offered to work as part-time in the MIS department. Even the new job of the student.. so long ago..
FIRE AWAY at the MS in Computers or Engr that was a Univ. teacher. Oh look even the female employee was looking for dates, after having grandchildren.

I heard of this partner thing.
Goes like this:
The wife is looking for job for husband, without his knowledge. Looks for a 'disposable' family friend.
OR
The person that fired you 2 years ago, is looking for new contacts and a job. Of course its all unknown to your HR company or 'all different issues'.
