"What is liberal media trying to hide?"

Perhaps they are trying to hide the fact that we have the most expensive, wasteful, lowest performing healthcare out of all the industrialized countries.

"For everyone to say that Obama is such a wonderful, refined interlocutor, I would argue that Bush Jr. could have been one, too."

Bwaahaahaa. Thanks for that.

Bush could have been one? Just what evidence of that do you have? Was it the "gynecologists practicing their love on women" comment? It was surprising that he knew a 5 syllable word. I challenge any English major to successfully diagram more that 60% of the sentences uttered by W.

The liberal media is a myth perpetrated by Republicans to blame someone else for their malfeasance. The media simply does not do its job and allows politicians of any ilk to et away, unchallenged with virtually any comment, true or not. And they wonder why young people prefer to get their news from the Daily Show and the Colbert Report. Virtually the only shows calling politicians on their lies.

Why do we no longer hear about our military deaths in the middle east? Our soldiers are dying over there every day.

Haliburton is still a major contract holder for the logistical operations of our militrary effort...not a big deal anymore?

No one wants to investigate the relationship between NBC and the Obama Administation with regard to Cap and Trade and media manipulation.

Why was it that the latest stimulus package had to be rushed out the door without any due diligence exercised toward making sure it was the proper action?

I have access to the healthcare I need when I need it. I am in full support of helping those cannot afford decent haeltcare for their families. I do not want to pay for healthcare costs associated with care for illegal aliens or those who can afford insurance, but choose not to participate.

Isn't Medicare a gov't run healthcare program? How is the balance sheet of that bureaucracy doing?

It is scary to think that the media is still harping on an old shoe like Dick Cheney when the Obama Administration and the quacks running Congress are retarding the economic recovery with out of control spending and bad policies.

In six months you won't be able to find anyone willing to admit they voted for Obama.

The corporate media, Congress and the White House are enablers for the banksters on Wall St who are looting America.

Change? Small change from Mr Obama and the media.

It's time for a national single payer health program for all Americans...Medicare for All.

http://www.pnhp.org

It's good for society and for business but not for the Wall St banksters or corporate talk radio...

Obviously, the liberal media is trying to hide that Obama is a non-American muslim who was secretly behind the 9/11 attacks.

I am pleased that we have an intelligent and articulate president. I am pleased that he is concerned with the betterment of our society and not focused solely on lining the pockets of wealthy supporters. I am pleased that he looks to partner with other countries instead of disregarding their interests. I agree with most of his policies and wish him well. From the disturbed tone of your letter, I can only suggest that you seek therapy. You need to take the emotion out of your rant and focus on facts. You obviously disagree with his policies whereas many others agree. It's life.

Total control is the theory. Typical Chicago based politics. They haven't been calling DC, the Mafia on the Potomac for nothing.

Liberal Media is a myth? What about the Dan Rather made up story? What about the NYT made up front page story about McCain having an affair with a lobbyist? What about the NYT refusing to print McCain's op-ed piece during the election, after they just printed Obama's? What about Chris Matthew saying he gets a tingle up his leg when he hear's Obama speak?
What about the continued gaffs from Joe Biden that the media does not cover? What about the 89% of the media who stated thay voted for Obama?
What about Keith Oberman's daily anti-conservative rants? What about Mark Levin's #1 best selling book Liberty and Tyranny and not one major news network will interview him because he is conservative.
The media is overwhelmingly liberal and does not report the news, only talking points that are spoon fed to them.

Did you ever tune in WABC Radio with Rush, that's as far right as you can go and what about FOX news again far right. It all evens out at the end, left side and right side.

What about the media not reporting that burglars with White House credentials were caught in DNC Headquarters until after the election? What about the media giving Bush a pass on starting the Iraq war? You are correct in that the media does not do its job in getting to the truth, maybe that's what comes with mega-corporate ownership. As Dopey Rush pointed out, it's only the Daily Show and the Colbert report that will show a film clip refuting a lie told by some politician.

Olbermann rants but that's an opinion show.

I think they are trying to hide the fact that so many of our Republicans are so duped by huge insurance companies that they really think the insurance industry wants what is best for American's not to just fleece the country for as much money as possible.

As an unnamed Bush official told reporter Ron Suskind, "We're an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you're studying that reality--judiciously, as you will--we'll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that's how things will sort out. We're history's actors...and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do." For those who didn't like it, another Bush adviser explained, "Let me clue you in. We don't care. You see, you're outnumbered two to one by folks in the big, wide middle of America, busy working people who don't read the New York Times or Washington Post or the LA Times."

So the left has the NYT, LAT, Wash. Post,CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, and most other newspapers in the Country. You say the right has ABC and Fox News and that is balance.
If you have never watched Fox, which is a cable network(pay TV) not network(free)they present both the liberal and conservative side to each issue, so how is that right wing?

The Hearst Corporation acquired this paper among many others they recently snatched up in CT. I'd hardly call them "right wing".

Why doesn't anyone mention The Post and The Daily News when they mention the NYT? That's a two to one ratio in the biggest city in America.

clear channel owns more radio stations than any entity in the US, they also carry Limbaugh's show and were the only news provider for our troops in Iran and Afghanistan.

Ignoring the facts isn't a very productive way to live. Don't feel sorry for me, since I am happy, successful, healthy, and INFORMED.
