my dad pays $50 he said he will never stop smoking and I think it would pay million I wish he would stop smoking

Thanks for a great report, Amy. Just to clarify - we take a waist measurement and blood sample, but don't require a physical examination.
Our previous studies have shown the connection between tobacco use and cancer, but we want to learn more about preventing other types of cancer.
