I'm sorry this woman is sick, and especially sorry for her children. I had a feeling it was something like this when I read the first story. I hope she can get back onto some medication that helps her. She is lucky to have these children who sound like they love and support her, and are going to be there for her.

I have to agree with "Ralan" anyone who trashes a store and attacks other people just to get a free coat or two has a mental illness. I do not condone lieing or stealing but seriously, It would be a funny prank to pull on people. There is no way I would have ever thought people would be crazy enough to believe a straight lie like that. Lets blame this one on the economy and sweep it under the rug like all the other problems.

I do agree but lets put the blame were it belongs not the economy but the area were this took place these are the lowlifes whom they thought they could get some thing for free and not have to work for it this is a shamful thing to show how people will act when they dont get what they want for free or as a hand out.

What would you suggest the store manager do? Ask to see her bank account? And the manager, I'm sure, didn't "allow" people to trash the store. The manager should have stopped that right from the start. Lock the doors and don't let anyone enter. The whole thing with the full photos and video has to be the funniest thing I have seen in a long time. An instant classic.

I would have to say that I feel bad for the family. On the bright side this lady didn't go into the store with a gun. At this womens craziest she was trying to help people. It's a shame when people lose their compassion for others. I agree that this caused an unneeded uproar, but think about the people involved.
