First thing is don't speak on something you do not have any knowledge about. Secondly it is currently a union facility located in Mount Olive NJ. The union will represent the employees that move with the facility to Bumfuk PA. The pay at top rate is $25 and change. The benefits package is amazing, you hillbilly bastards should be greatful some real work is coming to your area. The thing about creating 118 jobs is bullshit. The jobs that are going to be created will be temporary positions therefore will not be BMWNA employees. So stop crying. Unfortunately I will have to drive to PA to my $70,000 warehouse job so the joke is on all of you. hahahaha.

Just let me say this, BMW is an amazing company to work for. I will not get into the whole package they offer, I will say this though what they do offer is unheard of now a days. Not for nothinga bunch of people that do work in Mount Olive are from PA and I have never once heard them complain about what we make or the benefits. It must be very good what we make and our benefits for people to drive from tannersville, wind gap, bangor, stroudsburg, mt pocono, wilson etc to Mount Olive NJ. Its only gonna bring good things to your area I can assure you that. And besides its BMW not GM or Ford they will not be laying off 10,000 workers at a clip. I must say the Europeans seem to run a company way mor efficiently.
As long as they are shareing the wealth, this is a good thing. They make world-class automobiles thats for sure and they dont seem to be on a quest for world dominance of buying, stripping and selling off the competition. Drive a BMW, you'll understand why they cost so much.

That warehouse, and many other like it, pumped millions of dollars into local unions. At least 75% of the contractors working on that project were local union contractors. My company has kept a staff of at least 50 skilled union tradesmen, many more production employees, truckers, yard folks, not to mention the corresponding white collar office jobs that support these people. We're a local contractor and a local manufacturer and we all have food on our table from building warehouses, retail centers, and office parks.

I never said I was from Jersey in the first place loser. Just keep driving your forklift and tell me when you move out of the trailer park for one of the new houses that go for $300K +.
you are such an ignorant, self absorbed a$$. If you have nothing to say don't open your [email protected] mouth. Just because there are people out there trying to make a living and didn't have the opportunity to go to college doesn't make them less worthy than you. People like you who think just because the went to college and make more money than others are better than someone who didn't. One day you'll wake up to realize that the people that you surround yourself are fake and when you're in need of help there will be no one there to give you a hand. Individuals that struggle appreciate what they achieve and understand that no everyone is as lucky as they are.

Energy doesn't disappear especially bad energy. One day all your negative energy will come back ten fold. Then you will wish you were a little nicer to others.

Most warehouses hire through a temp agency.
Different warehouses use different temp agencies.
I know of two in the pocono area.
And there's another one that I know of off of airport road in Allentown.

Wow you have a college degree and only make $20 an hour. That is pretty sad. Hope you are just out of school.
haha I guess you just lost your college education on that wager.
I know for a fact that they do pay over 10. Why is everyone on here so worried about making sure people know their status and try to make themselves look better than others? This a thread that is designed to help people not try to make yourself feel better about yourself because you are miserable and need to think you're better than everyone. Grow up.

A job is a job, the energy you put out will get you the job you want. If you dont like the pay seek elsewhere. Stop complaining about it and do something. There are plenty of people who will be happy with the jobs and pay they offer. Such negativity, should be glad it will employ people and get them off welfare and unemployment.
