Where can you find information on the trial. It has been five years since Brad's downfall.

I know Brad personally---he is not guilty....he worked with slime and if he is guilty of anything, it is that he didn't see them playing with the numbers...he has integrity and has worked hard to build friedman's to what it is. The decision should be out this week.

Brad Stinn is a wonderful person with integrity...he most definitely is not a criminal...the fact that he trusted his colleagues is what was his downfall...

Regardless of the verdict, Brad is a greedy, arrogant crook who was guilty as sin of everything he is charged with. He directed everything and knew about everything. He was scum just like the Phil Cohen, Sterling Brinkley and the other Morgan Schiff drones.

sounds like you got screwed over and you are placing the blame on him for your screw up. he did no directing. Look at the evidence. There is none against him but sterling and phil, it was orchestrated by those idiots. If brad is guilty of anything it is that he trusted them.

Hmmm , how can you argue, much less believe, that a CEO blindly followed others? If you believe that then what you are really saying is that he is not a crook, just incompetent.

When you are a team player, everyone works forthe success of the company. When those on the team undermine the company' success, hiding it in a carfeul, clever, and calculated way from the CEO can certainly make that person look like a leader who follows blindly. Or it could make them incredibly good thieves. What is the worse crime, stupidity or fraud? In this case, Brad was stupid and the other two frauds.

The replacement of Juror #10 on Friday does not read like good news for Brad.

The speed at which the jury returns will tell us a lot. Deliberations that last past tomorrow will be potentially GOOD news for Brad.

Bummer

If any of you ever trusted someone and then got screwed over, ever showed loyalty to a colleague, and then they stabbed you in the back to protect their own ass-ets, or simply believed when someone told you that they were telling you the truth, then you are as guilty as Brad Stinn in this b.s. case. He is an honest, hard-working man, who never sold ANY stock, never made a penny.....and believed in his team and their integrity. Lesson: the world is a crappy place for the good guys.

take a look at the evidence....there is none to say that brad knew anything of what Vic was doing illegally...Look at what he had to gain if he sold his stock.....and he sold none...i agree, he believed what others told him because he trusted them and was a team player...Vic and Sterling are selfish criminals and they sold him down the river.

Brad Stinn hurt many people. He has no morals. I hope he is humbled by this all. he screwed vendors and employees and had no problem doing it.
