I say he has every reason to move himself and his family to Texas. He is running a company based in Texas, and that company is paying him millions of dollars. His current theme is Fair and Square. How many employees besides the Chiefs (CEO, President, COO, HR, etc) are allowed to work from home or live where they want and still work for JC Penny? I'm guessing not many. Is that Fair and Square? He claims to have always wanted to run a retail company. Is it for the perks for himself? What about the employees?

That's funny that he uses "Fair and Square" as a tagline for JCP because to the employees who were laid off fair and square is the last thing he is.

The store was originally called the Golden Rule Stores. Why not just eliminate the credit card. JCP never really agreed with credit.
Our store took a 40 % reduction in the management. Now associates are getting talked to about commission Pro-rate?(Salon, Furniture, Draperies, etc.) UHG
