I really enjoyed having breakfast there. Decent coffee and whatever you felt like having that day. Wasn't too keen on lunch or dinner, but breakfast was always good. I prefer The Glenview for lunch or dinner.
The Glenview does very well, I just don't know why, must be the prices. We've eaten there several times over the years and it just seems like they open up one of those Banquet Frozen things and make it warm then serve it.

They should open a strip club, the only stipulation being parking is $5 an hour and that money goes to the city. Bam money problem solved.

i remember goin there with my great-grandmother years ago. Everytime I see Skip's restaurant on "The Simpsons" (shown in background in several episodes, as well as tony + annes and chelmsford gingerale), I think of her and my childhood in Chelmsford/Westford.

Everybody is entitled to their own oppinions on the food that we served at Skips but the enviroment and wonderful people that work their just made it such a remarkable place to be.
This is such a devistating time for the employees and regular customers that it would be muchly appreciated if no 1 wasto bad mouth what we pretty much all call our second home...

i will miss you fred, george, donna, michael, and the rest of my fellow employees. So many great times and so many memories that i will always remember!

I'll never miss it. I can hardly wait for the new owner to open up some $15 appetizer special,or a $25 meatloaf dinner. You know,a snobby up-scale place.

I've only had the pleasure of going there a few times. But every time I went there, the staff were extremely friendly and the food was actually pretty good and they were at a decent price. Sad to see it go.
