If anyone here has experience with one, I have some questions regarding the memory settings on the gold/platinum models.

I actually work for Winston and came across this post. I'm not exactly sure what you memory/setting questions you may have, but thought I'd see if I can help.
If you are using the gold/platinum control, you should have 4 presets at the top (buttons 1-4). Within those buttons, you should be able to store 4 different ideal product temps. You will also have the ability to have one variable setting, if the 1-4 buttons are all off (no red light).
If you have more questions, feel free to send another note over...or you can call right into Winston if you like. I see that you are in HI, so the time zone may be an issue getting a live person sometimes. If you leave a message or send an email to our website, we'll make sure to have someone call you when it is more convenient for your time zone. Hope it helps!-Shaun T.
