I have been in this field for 15 years or so. What do people progress into after leaving the restaurant business

Real estate, F&B rep,...
Honestly, go back to being a server. Move to a large market, make 45-70,000 a year while only working 35 hours a week like I do.
Its hard to leave this business. Its easy money. However if you're not in a tipped position, this industry blows.
Ive been a server/bartender for 13 years. Ive worked in many major cities, and I love it!
