Jollibee is owned by Chinese people in the Philippines but I will still support it because most of its food are somewhat Filipino. It's like the way I support Golden Coin, Pacific Supermarket or Regalo - their owners are not Filipino but they can speak Filipino and their products are the Filipino kind. Still, I buy more Jesse's baked items than Regalo's because Jesse is pure Filipino.

I support businesses that provide a good product at a good price. I don't look at the ethnicity of the owner.
That being said...I'm looking forward to Jollibee.

If she meant BALUT, that's the cooked egg with the partially developed chick embryo.

If she meant BILAT, that's a very special delicacy.
