I'm a recently promoted kitchen manager of a local pizza restaurant/bar. I used to work on the line but due to a couple members of our staff leaving we ended up short of a manager. Our owner decided that he'd rather move somebody from the crew rather than hire. I was picked to be the most qualified for the job. I've never been in this position before and I have absolutely no idea where to start. I'm just looking for any advice in general
