N-Word Used in Anti-Health Reform Sign

Full story: snafu-ed.blogspot.com

"N**** Rig It." That's the sign outside the Georgia Peach Oyster Bar in Paulding County, Georgia. It's been put up by restaurant owner Patrick Lanzo to protest health insurance reform.

Finally an honest sentiment from the amateur conservative punditry.

Lanzo may be a racist pig, but at least he's not a liar.

This incident goes right along with the Californian who hung an effigy of Sarah Palin. Stupid is as stupid does.

Maybe he doesn't jaywalk either, but he should still have a boulder thrown through his restaurant window. If the first amendment allows for this, the amendment needs amending.

I wonder how many signs they had to look through to find this one to whine about and label everyone there with. Stuff like this makes them look really dumb and quite deceitful.

Bullshit. A restaurant is based on serving lots and lots of people, and drawing in both new and regular customers.

Obviously this guy was quite confident that none of his regular patrons, or the majority of the walk-in crowd in his area, would be offended by such a sign.

And clearly he was right.

Wrong.

The Sarah Palin incident was a HALLOWEEN DECORATION on PRIVATE PROPERTY. And it had no over racist or misogynistic overtones.

This is a racial slur against the President of the United States using the most volatile and hate-filled word in the American English language.

And it came from a business owner, whose clientele all clearly approved of the message.

They both have a First Amendment right to make their protests, but saying they're alike in any other way is flat-out wrong.

Do we
Or Do we not
have free speech?

Socialism is an uglier word than the Negro word in my opinion. There are other words worse than the Negro word as well. Murder, rape, taxes, all worse than the negro word.
I don't think you will win many hearts or minds of your opposition by using it but the thing about Free speech is.
Either you have it
Or you don't.

I wonder when health inspectors last visited Patrick Lanzo's greasy spoon? With all the time he spends crafting political debate, does he focus sufficiently on keeping his dive up to code?

I'd think twice before patronizing the place...

This is a boring topic.

If libs don't believe in free speech then don't eat there.

But fainting when they hear the n-word is pretty silly.

Whites have to put up with being called crackers and rednecks and the n-word is no worse than that.

I believe fully in free speech, by the way. In fact I think I'm exercising by calling this guy a racist piece of shit.

Would you patronize a restaurant with that sign out front?

Your head seems to get thicker with each word you post. If you can't tell the difference between using the so-called N word and your totally inapt examples, you have descended from your previous title of bonebrain.

Both "cracker" and "redneck" were termed coined by whites, for whites, by the way. They weren't pejoratives placed on another race by people dragging them across the globe in chains.

Also, both terms refer to class, not race.

But the fact I have to even explain this to you shows how out of touch with reality you are.

WRONG! It was NOT a "Halloween Decoration". It was hanging from a noose. If it had been Obama, we would have been hearing about racism. Guess you just want to pick and choose who and what falls under the First Amendment. You are a putz.
