My predictions: InBev will drop the theme parks in a heartbeat - and there will be major changes to their advertising strategy. Disney won't pick-up Seaworld either too much product overlap....maybe NBC/Universal, maybe Six Flags - maybe a combination between Six Flags and NBC/Universal, Six Flags getting the Busch Gardens Parks, NBC/Universal getting the SeaWorlds.

I believe Sam Zell will buy Sea World and offer Shamu a severance package.
