The donations certainly aren't to help animals. Its to support their underhanded tactics at deceiving people.

If they make false claims, they should pay. Good for Ringling Bros. They deserve the money.

ASPCA does amazing work! They are the flagship for every rescue group in this country. They are the original and first pet rescue group.

Further, there is documented evidence of animal cruelty at Ringling Bros. What do you think those bullhooks, chains, and crates are used for?

It is cruelty in itself to chain, beat, and confine wild animals for human entertainment.

Why don't you just admit that these "animal rights" groups are infamous for the amount of bullshit they talk.
This time they got sued.
Good.

Evidently the propaganda mill got caught manufacturing evidence (which is the usual AR method) this time. There is ONLY one reason that they would "settle" by paying 9.3 million dollars..........they knew that the lawsuit would find them liable and cost them much more than that. In other words.....they knew they were busted! Your lies and propaganda will never prevail. When will you nut-jobs get it through your heads? When you commit a crime it's a CRIME and it doesn't matter why you committed the crime. The end result is; you're a criminal.

You actually believe that beating an animal is not cruelty? You are deranged.

You are delirious. Newkirk makes less than a social worker. Welfare and rescue groups don't help animals for money...they do it out of compassion. Unlike the CCF, front group for big tobacco, payday loans, and the restaurant industry, where greed and the bottom line, no matter who it hurts, is the order of the day. And CCF stands up FOR Payday loans, and Payday loans HURTS military families.

When you complain about parasites that con the public out of money, you should really mention PETA and HSUS at the top of the list.

Wayne Pacelle does not dispute the $250,000 annual salary figure, but noted that his was the lowest of leaders of comparable organizations — just a third that of some.“I have very consciously asked the board to keep my salary lower than the industry standard,” he stated. The 2008 HSUS tax return shows his base salary was below $250,000, and with all benefits came in at $252,000.
