With all the great articles about FL real estate coming back with a vengeance - this marketing tactic is a travesty - and about 3 years late. Giving away a car with a house is a desperate move - no matter what the price point is. ErichWerner is correct - it is all about the price of the home. You end up paying for the car one way or the other. Real estate is a numbers game - a properly priced home that is marketed correctly will sell. The agent and the PR firm should seriously be reevaluated.
