I feel that the best way to impact Simon Malls would be to contact the corporate headquarters of their tenants. If the head offices of their tenants start receiving these complaints and in turn complain to Simon, that will have a much greater impact than us individuals protesting directly to Simon.

simon is not a mall to support if you want to support your local retailors.

I now shop at a mall 3 times the distance as the closest to me...just not to shop at a Simon Mall. Although I have been taking any returns I have to a Simon Mall :-). Buy at General Growth & return at Simon.

Now that I know this I won't be shopping at any Simon owned malls (not that at shopped at them anyway)...There are 3 located in the area in which I live, but there are many other malls to shop at so I'll make sure I go to them instead...

Not allowing a disabled vet & his family access to, not one, but two of your Rio Grande Valley malls due to his mode of transportation; refusing to renew the lease of the vendor in Concord Mills Outlet Mall because he won't knuckle under and quit selling items that you feel are anti-Obama (but are still legal and an expression of one's first amendment rights)...I hope they both take you to the cleaners in court. I know I'll be checking the internet prior to doing any shopping...your company and the merchants doing business with you have seen my last dollar

I have a list of all Simon Malls in the Atlanta metro NE corridor. I boycott them all until Simon changes their policies or I'm dead, whichever occurs first.

Oh, yeah! Don't forget to contact as many of their tenants as possible to pass the word. Nearly every mall has it's own web site complete with tenant lists and contact information. That's the next step in extending my boycott.

In the Baltimore area, Arundel Mills is owned by Simon and I won't be going there anymore. They should understand that it doesn't take much effort on my part to avoid them, I have 2 other malls in a similar distance where I can buy the same things not to mention several Walmarts where I get get the same damn thing on a Walmart shelf half price like Gretchen Wilson says.

Contacting the tenants headquarters won't really matter though many of them also have locations in non Simon properties so if you boycott Simon the tenants just get more business transferred to their other locations.

I believe this is what you should do at these malls. Plaster your cars with Impeach Obama stickers. At 9:30 go to the malls enmasse and take up as many parking places as possible (preferably ALL). Then go into the mall with patriotic shirts and flags etc. and walk around the mall all day taking up as much space as possible. Maybe, just maybe, they would get the message.

it took six people including mall management and a police officer to make me go into the back offices so no one could see what they were doing to me. I was threatened and told that if i did not sign the paperwork banning me from the mall, that the cop there was going to arrest me. Her is a list of charges for banning me.
1. Hitting a kid over the head with my cane!
2. leaving leftover food on the table!
3. taking pictures in the mall w/o mall permission.

First of all if i would have hit a kid over the head with my cane, i would have been arrested for it, which i was not, and there no evidence of this ever happening, or witnesses.

So what if i left some food on the table! They have people there that are paid to clean up after people when they eat.....

And third, i was not taking pictures in the mall with my cell phone, the sun was shining on my phone as i was on the internet, and trying to get a good clear picture! Plus i have seen alot of people taking pictures with actual cameras and nothing was done to them.

Also, did i mention that i am a disabled, senior citizen, that can barely walk, so that is why i have a cane.

this mall is rolling oaks mall located in san antonio, texas. and i was also banned from ingram park mall which i never go to anyway. and any other property that they own. how am i supposed to know what properties they own or don't own.

My son and four friends were shopping Sat June 8 th at your Tyrone location around 11 am.They all had cash to spend for summer clothes and items.A security guard told them they had to walk in groups of two thru the mall!Outraged my husband and I came to the mall and confronted said security guard and inquired if they were being disruptive or rowdy .The guard said no,I inquired if this was mall policy. No comment out of the guard?I feel due to the fact these were a group of mixed races they were profiled! They are all honor students and great kids I am not pleased.I feel a sense of outrage over this.My son is Caucasian and we have taught him all people are judged by their action not their color!I will expect a response as I said I am not done with this!Mary Popilek
