Everyone gets ticketed in philly if you don't live there. the signs have signs for the signs and then exemptions to the signs for what day of the week it is.

just his pride , but what irritates me are the two post above

one claims 1st person knowledge that only out of towner gets parking tickets in Philly ...interesting statement indeed

the second one says: I watch the show and it is TRUE
[Parking Wars]

hummmmmmmm only in America

two people whom neither work or live in Philly: know the inter workings of the city ....... but can not understand the inter workings of their government .... be it local/state/federal levels

yep only in AMERICA

I have always wondered what NO PARKING meant

you can park here on a dare as you can bases , but if we catch you you get to call us wrong

The Philly meter maids suck the big one.!One time I pulled up to pick-up a pre- ordered hoagie,,,walked up to the counter, paid, turned around and left. How long does that take,,?? A whole 30 frigin seconds,,?
Well guess what,,? I had a frigin 45 dollar parking ticket on my windshield and no bitch in site.....Must've flown in and left on her broom...
(talk about an expensive hoagie)I took two bites and pulled over to throw the hoagie out.Got back in the car,,,? and guess what,,? YEP,,,another Moda$%^&&&
ticket on the windshield,,,,!

I have seen PPA thugs standing beside a meter with two or three minutes on it so they can write a ticket the instant it expires. A few times I stepped up and put a quarter in the meter so they had to wait 10 minutes to write that ticket.

question , a no parking zone has an exception , like a 30 sec???? rule, a two minute rule .......... takes more than 30 secs just to get out of the car

maybe the system can be more profound , no parking unless you are picking up a sub
1] Italian [30 sec]
2] Hot Meatball [60 sec]

and assuming that the no littering sign didn't apply to you as well
