First Release Homes, one of the largest new home listing providers, and Focus 360, a leading provider of 3D architectural animation services, today announced a strategic partnership to deploy ‘next generation sales technology’ and virtual reservation services (VRS™) to pre-sell new homes and condos online at a fraction of the cost of traditional sales and marketing methods, through a combination of Focus 360’s robust digital animation, real time unit availability, and First Release Homes’ online auction technologies. First Release Homes now offers builders and developers a cost-effective alternative to traditional offline sales and marketing services.

Homebuilders and developers are faced with many challenges and risks today. Financing, either in the form of buyer mortgages or new construction lending, are becoming more difficult to obtain, with stringent pre-sale reservations required before a project receives funding approval. First Release Homes seeks to assist builders worldwide by offering a cost-effective online sales solution that utilizes 3D architectural animation and live auction technologies to market and sell pre-constructed new homes and condominium projects in the early stages of planning and development.

“By implementing our platform using cutting-edge live online auction tools and robust 3D technologies, new home builders will benefit by significantly reducing upfront sales and marketing costs, while simultaneously reducing risk, by utilizing a virtual online sales process that qualifies buyers and prompts them to take proactive steps to lock-in a home purchase. This combination will create the same buzz and excitement found at live auctions , and assist home builders with the necessary pre-sale lending requirements, or simply sell-out projects sooner than traditional timeframes”, said James Uberti, VP of Sales and Marketing for First Release Homes.

The company recently contracted with a San Francisco developer in
partnership with a Sacramento real estate company for a $40 million project.
The Warren Sacramento. First Release Homes will showcase its VRS platform with the initial sales release of The Warren project 3rd quarter 2010.
