Hi everyone,
Hope is your week is going well! Iím back again today with a site update Ė a new neighborhood showcase page Iíve just added. Today Iím featuring a neighborhood in the Masonboro area of Wilmington (southeast side of town) called The Commons, which is just off Navaho Trail.

Located just around the corner from the public boat ramp and kayak launch at Trails End Park, the neighborhood is districted to Parsley Elementary, Myrtle Grove Middle, and Hoggard High Schools. To see all homes currently for sale in this neighborhood, follow this link:

The Commons:

or click here for a map of the area:

Interested in seeing any of the properties for sale in this neighborhood or have any questions about the surrounding area? Give me a call or send me an email. Already own a home in The Commons and thinking about selling your house? Contact me today about listing your property Ė Iím here to help!
-Desiree
