Good news! Some property agents should not be in the industry. With stricter regulations, the bad eggs will be flushed out soon. The consumers will be more confident with CEA and the industry. Right now, still got many loopholes in the law whereby the "cowboys" are able to play with their many loose bullets.
Estate Agencies should raise their standards and tighten their selection in their recruitment processes EG BACKGROUND CHECKS. Be responsible to educate and give good training to the salesman on codes and ethnic besides targeting good sales.
