Why are you people buying a Nevada shelf corporation? This is crazy. Since NV legalized cannabis, the feds are looking to bust banks, bankers and people looking to deposit cannabis money into NV companies. Audit rate will probably go up. And add the high financial fraud index involving NV, the legalized prostitution, and the pawn shop craziness, and you get a high rate of inquiry for any business transacted through NV. It's kind of stupid to subject yourself to this scrutiny by laying with dogs that have fleas. Add the $650 annual state fees and you're looking at a high expense as well. A joke.
