So lets see, with the exception of #5 - not saving money by refinancing, the biggest reasons for not being able to refinance are, in fact, the biggest reasons people would need to refinance ... to save money and to not have their credit affected. Hmmm ... nice system in place for those who are on the brink. And I'm not worried about foreign flippers, I'm worried about people who hit bumps in life like they always have since the mortgage was created. Wonder why the banks keep buying these “troubled assets” and each other? Its because on the other side of this, they will own quite a bit of property and therefore, be in a very nice position. Same thing happened in the 30's. Large banks become mega-banks.

This is the first time I had ever applied for a loan. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the staff that answered any of my questions to the application process. Once this had all been completed the money was transferred quickly into my account. I will definitely be recommending 911PDAY .COM ( http://goo.gl/OfrBxM ) too my friends and family.
