Brunswick Forest resales are a very popular topic recently so I thought I would share a little information about the availability of homes and townhomes at Brunswick Forest NC. Recent sales have been strong in Brunswick Forest recently with well-priced homes selling very quickly but there are plenty of resales on the market to chose from for those that are interested in the active lifestyle that living in this amenity packed community provides.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with this community it is a master-planned community just minutes from Wilmington, NC. Brunswick Forest has amenities that include world-class golf with a clubhouse, paved sidewalks, wooded bridges and trails, pool, wellness center, shopping, community events, kayaking and more! This is no doubt due to its wide streets, open spaces, resting benches and wonderfull amenities that you will not find in any other planned community on the Carolina coast.

Brunswick Forest has been in development for over 5 years now and surpassed the one-thousand new home sale mark not too long ago. The original plan is for about 10,000 home sites so there is still plenty of room to grow. What we are beginning to see is that while new home sales have been and will continue to remain strong in this highly desirable community the volume of resales is starting to see growth due to the higher number of residents in the community.

The builders have made available dozens of different floor plans ranging from brick patio homes to Charleston style homes with rear garage, patio and entrance giving a small-town feel to your rocking-chair front porch home. The community is divided into distinct “neighborhoods” each with its own style and with ample natural areas spread throughout the community with gentle rolling hills and pine forests along with ponds, gazebos, fountains and miles of sidewalks and trails.

Looking for a neighborhood with all the amenities including world class golf? The Cape Fear National golf course is right outside your door in Brunswick Forest. Here is an excerpt from the Cape Fear National golf course website-

“Recently named one of the “Top 10 Best Courses You Can Play in NC – 2012″ by Golfweek, Cape Fear National is an absolute must-play for both the beginner and avid golfer. Reserve your spot in golfing paradise by booking a tee time and remember to dine at The Forest Restaurant inside our 7,000 square foot clubhouse with attached event lawn, an ideal setup for any corporate event or wedding. Thanks for visiting and we look forward to seeing you at Cape Fear National, Tim Cate’s newest masterpiece.”
