Turning your home in to a rental income property can be very profitable. And having a property manager handle the property for you can take away a lot of the stress that comes with being a landlord.

Land-lording can be cumbersome, and challenging. If you are not one ready to deal with all of the obligations of doing so, renting out your home can become a nightmare. That is why I suggest approaching a professional home buyer/Investor in this situation. This is another option that you have, investors will move quickly and buy your house cash. Also can provide free advice on your situation. Whether you are upside down on your mortgage, and facing foreclosure, or your house is in very poor shape and you do not have the money for repairs. Investors buy houses in any condition. provides free cosultations and can provide help for people in almost any situation.

There is also a second option, which is what I did. Buy a 2-4 unit property and live in one and rent the rest. I bought two houses on one lot and live in one.

It's been a great way to start off because you can keep an eye on the tenants as you learn the ropes. You also get the benefit of home ownership AND having a rental property.

Or you could sell your house fast for cash! There are still many many people out there buying houses everyday for cash, especially in the Fresno, Ca area. Just look around on the internet.

I know my reply is quite retarded but I wanted to share my experience about renting out the home. I have 2 houses in Harker Heights TX and have hired John Reider Properties to manage both of them. I'm very happy my decision of renting the houses, now I just have to sit back home and receive the rent in my account.
