There are 12 year olds having sex and/or being mollested by adult family members as well as predators and some 12 year olds are physically able to have babies...these days most would probably choose an abortion or adoption rather than raising a baby at such a young age and since we do not know enough details of this young woman's life-it may not be fair at all to judge.

I wonder what the Vallejo PD will find on their follow-up Investigation when they go to the Ruiz' Residence in Vallejo? Hmmmm? Like maybe the Machine that makes Fake Ids for the Ruiz Girls with the Victims' information on them (i.e. Drivers Licenses, Identification Cards, etc.). Most likey the Ruiz Gang is living in an abandoned House somewhere in Vallejo or American Canyon. AND 10-1 says they probably have Victimized more than just San Jose Residents, more likely they have spread it around between SF, Oakland, Richmond, Pinole, Vallejo, American Canyon and Napa. If they are Illegal Aliens, we could tie them all to some Cement Blocks in Dry Dock #4 at Mare Island and let every victim that can be found allowed to stone these three to death!

Face it, you can't feel sorry for or save every lost puppy or kitty. I think you need a reality check. This mother needs a time out, about 3 to 5 yrs.

You're absolutely right. Problem is, will our DA's office prosecute to the fullest extent? Identity theft crimes are notoriously under charged and prosecuted in relation to the financial damage and hassle they inflict upon the victims. It often takes years to correct and straighten out a credit rating and similar hassles. Yet, charges are usually plead down to misdemeanors, with little or no jail time. I have no doubt that sufficient digging into the recent history of this Ruiz clan would yield major crimes constituting a way of life. It's what they do for a living, and they depend upon a lax law enforcement response. Count on it, in fact. In some respects, the weak criminal response enables what can be a very profitable enterprise. Right now, the time doesn't fit the crime. Period.

Exactly, and since Identity Theft Crimes are not Violent Crimes, the overcrowded Jails will release Identity Theft Criminals with pre-arranged Court Dates in order to make room for the Violent Criminals! Which means people like the Ruiz Gang can go on doing what they always do, victimizing more law abiding Citizens. Then they either show up with an Attorney who files for postponement due to whatever personal or hardship reasons or they FTA (Fail To Appear), which then generates an Arrest Warrant!
