Hi everyone,
Just a quick update to remind everyone about the new format for the Beachfront Bargains list on my site. We used to email the updated list out every two weeks to only those who registered to receive it, but we now feature the list on our website for everyone to view at any time - updated daily! To view the most current listings, click here:

What is the Beachfront Bargains list?
If youíve been hunting for a beach property here on the southeast North Carolina coast, I feature updated listings of beach foreclosures and short sales in our local beach communities Ė itís a great place to find beach properties at great prices that you might not otherwise find on another agentís site. Through the list, Iíve helped my clients find their dream beach homes in our area for the past six years Ė from North Topsail Beach to Calabash, and all stops in between!

With this new format, not only can you check back daily to see whatís new on our beaches, but through automatic email update notifications you can receive instant updates the moment a new beach property matching your criteria becomes available.(So you can jump on it before anyone else does!)

Ready to see whatís available? Donít wait! Make THIS the year you finally get that beach house (or condo) youíve always dreamed of and spend your summer weekends in the sand!

Beach front roads flood, the roaches are bad everywhere there.
The houses are weather worn, your car rusts.
Run from the beach front gangs and robbers
