Real estate is Property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals, or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this; an item of real property; buildings or housing in general. Also: the business of real estate; the profession of buying, selling, or renting land, buildings or housing. In other hand, A real estate agent is a person who acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of real estate and attempts to find sellers who wish to sell and buyers who wish to buy. I was wondering what the difference was between a real estate broker and a real estate agent. Any idea on it, please suggest me.
Thanks and Regards,

The person you normally deal with is a real estate agent . The agent is licensed by the state, but must work for a broker. Brokers are generally required to have more education and experience than real estate agents. All listings are placed in the broker's name, not the agent's.
